What is PodBean?
Podbean is the podcasting hosting & publishing site that Powerful Ladies uses. It’s also a platform from which to find, listen and download all types of podcasts as well.

Who is your engineer?
Jordan Duffy is our audio engineer, producer, composer, editor, google-search master for when we forget something and occasional co-host.

Where do you get your music from?
Our music is by Joakim Karud @joakimkarudmusic

What is an RSS feed?
An RSS feed is the link that connects all podcast players, ex Stitcher or Apple Podcasts, to your podcast hosting platform. It’s what syncs your episodes to the players so that when a new episode is posted it automatically publishes to all locations for listeners to download.

How can I donate using Patreon?

How do you bill me for my Boss Box?
You are automatically billed through the Powerful Ladies Shop based upon the subscription frequency you selected and the credit card you provided.

Can I cancel my Boss Box?
Yes at any time. Would you mind telling us why you’d like to cancel? Your feedback will help us make the Boss Box, Powerful Ladies Shop, and Powerful Ladies as a whole better for everyone. Please email us at hello@thepowerfulladies.com.

POWERFUL LADIES BLOG

I want to start a blog. What’s your advice?
Holy smokes, there is so much to say! See our Blog, Quick Start Guides and Courses for more in depth resources or you can email us hello@thepowerfulladies.com. In the meantime, here are the first five steps: Step 1, get an inexpensive website. Step 2, start writing about topics, people, places and things that interest you or you just got to say something about it. Step 3, add pictures. Step 4, make sure there’s a sign-up section so that visitors can join your mailing list. Step 5, tell your friends and family. Bonus! Step 6, keep going. Consistency is important, so be sure to schedule writing your blog into your routine and releasing new posts on a regular basis.

How will I receive details regarding an event I sign-up for?

Will you remind me regarding events that are a bit far off in the future?

Will I receive an physical ticket for the event?
This depends upon the type of event. If you were expecting a physical ticket and did not receive one, please email us hello@thepowerfulladies.com.

Who Benefits from these events?
Each Powerful Ladies event and the events we promote are unique. Some events are charitable in nature and do have beneficiaries, such as our One Day of Giving campaign. See the One Day Of Giving page for more information.

How do I know the money generated from events is going to charity?
For One Day of Giving events hosted by Powerful Ladies, we partner with Hello Possibility, a 501c3 organization, who collects, records and distributes all the money through to our beneficiaries. You can learn more about this on the Giving page. Any additional questions, please email hello@thepowerfulladies.com.

Who manages the money for the charity portion of One Day of Giving?
Our partner Hello Possibility, Inc. manages both the receiving and the distribution of the money raised through Powerful Ladies One Day of Giving.

How do I know the money generated from One Day of Giving is going to charity?
All the money that comes in for and at our One Day of Giving events goes directly to Hello Possibility, Inc, our One Day of Giving 501c3 partner.

How can I know how my contribution has impacted the charity?

ORDERING

What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order please email hello@powerfulladies.com. Please note, once your order has been processed & prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?
Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase but we are working as quickly as possible to get it back up for you! You can also reach out to us at hello@powerfulladies.com for more information.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Oh no! This should never happen. Please email us with details and pictures at hello@powerfulladies.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Here are Powerful Ladies we aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible! Every single item is made to order especially for you! It takes from 2-3 business days for your order to be handpacked. After that, it will arrive to you based on the shipping estimate you chose at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships as well!

Do you ship internationally?
Yep! For all destinations outside of the US, your order will most likely ship out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush shipping (10-20 business days).

Which countries do you not ship to?
Email us at hello@powerfulladies.com as we can help advise if we ship to your country! Due to customs issues we do not currently ship to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax.

Will I be charged taxes or VAT for my international order?
While we do everything we can to prevent this from happening, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it. If this does occur, you are responsible for paying these costs. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we cannot issue a refund.

Where does my order ship from?
Your order will ship from the warehouse located closest to you! Please email us at hello@thepowerfulladies.com so we can tell you more.

Will I receive a tracking number once my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped we will send out a tracking number if one is available. Tracking numbers are available on all domestic shipments and all international shipments that have selected expedited shipping methods. So, if you chose a flat rate or standard method of delivery for your international shipment, a tracking number will NOT be provided. Please email us at hello@powerfulladies.com for more information.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
Please email hello@powerfulladies.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long it will it take to receive my package?
Your package will take 2-3 business days to be prepared in our warehouse and will arrive based off the shipping method you chose at checkout!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I return an item from my order?
Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unused, unaltered in new condition with all tags attached or original packaging. Please email us at hello@powerfulladies.com to receive the approval to start your return.

How do I exchange an item from my order?
While we do not accept exchanges we can help you process a return and help you re-order! Send us a note at hello@powerfulladies.com.

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?
We include any notable call-outs in product descriptions. If you have any other questions, please email hello@powerfulladies.com and we will help you find your correct size.

PRODUCT

How do I care for the apparel items that I purchased?
Each Powerful Ladies product has notable care instructions included in the product description. Please read with care and let us know if you have any questions at hello@powerfulladies.com. In general we recommend machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Where are Powerful Ladies Products made?
We source the best products around the world for our Powerful Ladies customers. If you want specific information about a specific product, email us at hello@powerfulladies.com.

How long it will it take to receive my package?
