Swimwear is often the most challenging thing for women to buy. Our bodies are so different. We need different size tops to bottoms. Each brand fits so differently. Everyone has parts of our bodies we’d rather not share with the world and 99.9% of women are not shaped like a supermodel. This is where today’s guest, Hayley Segar, founder of onewith swim, is coming in to save us. She has created the first swimwear brand to fit like underwear, and women are responding by sharing how it is changing their lives and boosting their confidence in swimwear. We talk about creating a product based brand from the ground up, building teams, and the power of creating a business to change how people see themselves.
