Marhnelle Hibbard is a boss. You can tell from the moment you see her. She’s smiling, she’s present, and she’s ready to contribute. Interest and curiosity radiates out of her.
I can’t imagine her any other way, however she tells a story of being every statistic that would give you an excuse to play small and be a victim. Raised poor with absentee parents, she got early on that she was going to have to take care of herself. She never attended college. She was divorced twice and a single mother. Yet, she always strived for more. She always got back up.
For 17 years she worked as one of the few females in commercial real estate brokerage & development, a perfect platform for her curiosity, charm, and drive and requiring equal resilience and tenacity in it’s male dominated spaces. Through her work she met Dave Hibbard, her third husband and who would become her life partner in transforming both their lives.
They worked together in commercial real estate and through their successful sales techniques they build Dialexis, an executive leadership coaching and sales team excellence consulting group. They are both sought after speakers and coaches, traveling the world to work with the biggest companies in the world such as DuPont, Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Wells Fargo to name a few. They are both salt of the earth people and part of their success is that they leave their clients with immediate tangible results.
Additionally they have co-authored two books, The Canoe Theory: A Business Success Strategy for Leaders and Associates and SOAR Selling: How To Get Through to Almost Anyone—the Proven Method for Reaching Decision Makers.
